Wisteria Velvet is committed to only selling high-quality items but we do understand there may be a time when a customer need to return a purchased item.
We hope that you will be happy with the purchased item(s) but if you decide that the purchased item is not right for you, you can return it for an exchange or refund.
30 Days Refund Policy
We are offering 30 days return policy on all items. The following points will be considered and implemented:
Damaged / Faulty Item Received:
If the received goods are damaged or faulty. In such a case, the customer must contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. After 2 days of delivery, no damage claim will be accepted.
Item(s) Not As Described:
If the received goods are not as described, you can return them for an exchange/refund. We (the seller) will pay the returned postage cost. We can either share the return label with the customer or the customer will return it at his/her own cost after contacting us. We will refund the postage on arrival for sure.
Color Matching Issue:
Please note that we don’t guarantee that the purchased item’s color will match your existing bedding or not. We usually don’t accept returns in such cases because the colors might be different due to your Mobile or Computer screen resolution settings.
No Amended Return:
Item(s) must not be returned after any amendment. We accept returns in original packing.
Delivery Issue / Item Not Received:
We take full responsibility for guaranteed delivery and the delivery issue does not occur very often.
In case of no item delivery, we will process a full refund after some investigation. The customer should help us in resolving the delivery issue because sometime the courier drivers hand over the package to neighbors in their absence.
Exchange Policy
Customers can return an item for exchange within 30 days. If an item is as described and non-faulty, then the buyer will pay the return postage cost and we will send the replacement item at our own cost.
RETURN RULES
1) Customers need to contact us first before returning a purchased item.
2) Item(s) must be returned in original packaging/box.
3) Preferred courier for return is HERMES.
WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE?
1) If the seller is guilty, then we (the seller) will pay the return postage cost. There is an exception for the color-matching scheme with the existing bedding items.
2) If the seller is not guilty, then the buyer will pay the return postage cost.
